News Noble Relocates Office Noble has moved to our new office in Flora, IL.  Our new office houses our soils laboratory, drilling operations and office space.  The new office consists of almost 7,000 square feet and will enable us to accomodate our steady growth.   Noble Provides Services for Motorola Project Noble recently completed services on a number of wireless tower projects throughout Illinois.  Noble provided environmental assessment and NEPA compliance services.    Noble Provides Geotechnical Drilling Services in Support of Army Corps of Engineers Project  Noble has provided geotechnical drilling services for Rock Island Arsenal project.  Expolartion included up to 12 foot rock cores in difficult coring conditions.
